Advertising measurement
Updated 1 October 2026. This notice updates the advertising statement in our Privacy Policy.
We use Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Measurement is enabled by default without a popup. Previous opt-outs and your browser's Global Privacy Control signal keep it off.
- We measure public page visits, interest in our tools and training, successful new account registrations, received enquiries and workshop registrations, started checkouts, and payments confirmed as paid.
- Meta receives event names, permitted page addresses, referring information, advertising cookie identifiers, IP address and browser or device information. Checkout and purchase events include the amount and currency. Events use a hashed identifier to avoid counting the same result repeatedly.
- We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment credentials, teacher documents, AI prompts or learner records in event parameters. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Private teaching pages do not generate page-view events. Events from URLs with private identifiers are held until a suitable page is visited.
- Meta may associate events with a Meta account under its policies and process information outside Zimbabwe. Advertising cookies may include _fbp and _fbc. Meta controls retention of information it receives under its policies.
- This browser can keep pending measurement events for up to seven days and deduplication records for up to 180 days. Opting out clears pending events and this site's accessible Meta cookies. It does not erase information Meta already received. Your choice applies to this browser; clearing browser storage can reset it.
- Opting out does not restrict sign-in, payments, credits, generation, downloads or other teaching tools.
