By creating an account or using Scheme Rangu, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.

Public registration is for adults using Scheme Rangu for teaching or authorised educational work. Learners, parents and family members may not create accounts. Administrators and other authorised operational users must use only the access assigned to them.

Scheme Rangu provides tools for schemes of work, lesson plans, exercises, tests, timetables and teacher professional learning. Features, content availability and pricing may change as the service develops. We will give appropriate notice where a material change affects an active paid service.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from Scheme Rangu's failure to apply reasonable security controls.

Do not share an account, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, use another user's tokens or attempt to gain privileged access.

Scheme Rangu assists preparation; it does not replace professional judgement. You must review, edit and verify generated or suggested material for syllabus alignment, accuracy, age appropriateness, school policy and the needs of your class before use.

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on it for a final assessment, safety decision, disciplinary decision or other decision affecting a person without independent professional review.

Do not enter learner names, contact details, marks, submissions, health information, passwords, payment credentials, confidential school records or other identifiable or sensitive information about another person into Scheme Rangu content, support or AI fields.

If you upload or submit material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that doing so follows applicable law and school policy.

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, harass or deceive, distribute malware, test security without written permission, overload the service, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted systems, or create content intended to facilitate harm.

Scheme Rangu may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, meet legal duties or secure the platform.

You retain rights you already have in original material you submit and in your original edits to teacher work. You give Scheme Rangu a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

Scheme Rangu's software, branding, templates, curated resources and service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party syllabus, media and learning resources remain subject to their owners' rights and licences.

Prices, currency, package contents and duration are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Paynow Zimbabwe. Keep your payment reference and contact support if a completed payment is not reflected.

Tokens and access balances are service entitlements, are not cash and cannot be transferred unless Scheme Rangu expressly allows it. Refund or correction requests are considered according to the transaction facts, service delivered and applicable law.

You may delete your account permanently through Account settings. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Scheme Rangu may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment or legal requirement, with notice where appropriate.

Provisions that reasonably need to continue, including payment records, intellectual-property rights, dispute handling and lawful limitations, remain effective after closure.

We aim to keep the service available and protect stored work, but internet, provider and maintenance interruptions can occur. Keep copies of final materials needed for time-critical teaching work.

Scheme Rangu does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, responsibility will be assessed according to the direct loss, the service involved, these terms and applicable Zimbabwean law.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and appropriate notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
